Since our formation in 2004, Essex Energy Services have rapidly become one of the leaders in the field of gas and electrical safety inspections, offering our services to both the commercial and rental/residential sectors. By supporting these core services with the ability to undertake any installation or remedial work required, we are one of the few companies able to offer a complete package of gas and electrical services to all sectors.

We currently undertake the electrical and gas safety testing for all sizes of customers, from individual residential properties to Letting Agent portfolio's, West End offices, colleges, schools, aerospace manufacturing facilities, commercial kitchens and 5 star hotels.

By combining a number of our services into one of our tailored packages we are able to offer discounts on the individual service prices. For example, Landlords can benefit from our Annual Safety Package providing a Gas Safety Inspection Certificate, Visual Electrical Inspection and PAT Testing on any electrical appliances provided for as little as £99 + VAT. Discounts can also be offered to commercial companies when employing more than one of our services.
